Building on our founder’s belief that kites cross all barriers, teaching us to extend ourselves up and out into the world, the SkyWindWorld Foundation objectives include:

  • Sharing information about kite making and kite flying
  • Nurturing kiting enthusiasts
  • Developing new kite craftspeople and kite flyers of all ages
  • Providing community education
  • Providing support for local, regional, national and international kite festivals
